Check-in and Check-out Procedures

• ID required before check-in through our approved third party partner.
• ID verification and damage waiver or deposit required prior to check-in. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (an authorization hold that is released after checkout).
• As an alternative to the security hold, you may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $99 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Either the security hold or damage waiver is required to complete check-in.

Property Access

• This property has a Ring doorbell camera that monitors the side entrance and an additional exterior Ring camera monitoring the backyard pool area. Both cameras are visible, record video/audio, and will be on during every reservation.

Policies and Rules

• Corporate, social parties/events allowed only with pre-approval from the host.
• No more than 11 guests allowed unless pre-approved by the host.
• No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host.
• No parking or driving on the lawn. Damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest.
• If traveling with a pet, an additional $300 per pet per stay fee applies.
• No smoking or vaping of any kind in the house/garage. This will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning. Smoking is allowed outside in the backyard only. Please discard cigarette butts responsibly.
• Quiet hours are from 9PM to 8AM. Respect for the neighbors is required. Complaints from a neighbor may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.
• Damage waiver protection ($99) or credit card authorization hold ($1000) required for security deposit before check-in.

Fees and Payments

• Pet fee: $300 per pet per stay (if applicable).
• Smoking/vaping in the house or garage: $500 deep cleaning fee.
• Security deposit: $1000 authorization hold or $99 damage waiver for stays up to 10 nights, plus $2.50 per day for additional nights.

Parking Information

• Free parking for up to 6 vehicles.
• No parking or driving on the lawn. Damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest.

Utilities and Amenities Access

• In-ground pool: 3-8 ft. in depth, open April through October.
• Hot tub: Seats 8, open year-round.
• Linens (bed sheets, bath towels, pool towels) and a complimentary starter pack of essentials are provided, including toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, kitchen necessities, garbage bags, paper towels, hand and dish soap, dishwasher soap, and laundry detergent. Additional items or quantities may be required depending on the length and purpose of your trip.

Safety and Emergency Information

• Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector present.
• Fire extinguisher and first aid kit available on property.
• Ring doorbell and exterior camera systems are operational during every reservation.

Extended Stays

• For stays longer than 10 nights, full housekeeping service is required once per week. Guests may perform this cleaning themselves or hire the host’s professional cleaning team for an additional fee. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning charges or penalties.

Other Critical Information

• Properties are individually and privately owned. The host is available to assist you during your stay for issues and emergencies.
